In addition to high-speed cutting and welding, the ARC Mate 120iD is capable of performing a variety of welding applications, including MIG welding, TIG welding, Plasma welding and Plasma cutting.

The 120iD is the best in its class for reach versus stroke ratio and fastest motion speeds. The exceptionally fast wrist axes reduce air cut times, and the ARC Mate has an extremely large work envelopes and complex tooling.

The FANUC ARC Mate 120iD uses the FANUC controller and has a user-friendly teach pendant, making training easier. The system has the ability to be equipped with an air-cooled welding torch, ArcLink interface, safety holder and wire feeder.

J1 hollow tube offers the ability for welding cable utilities to be integrated very easily for system setup. In addition, the FANUC M-10iA has a short, standard, and long arm available, and two different types of wrists, hollow or high-inertia. The hollow wrist, dress-out and the routing of cables simplifies the robot, improves the reliability, and reduces the overall system cost.  Also, the M-10iA robot can be mounted at any angle on the floor, wall, or ceiling.  The work envelope is also increased as J3 can flip over backwards.

The FANUC M10iA R30iA makes an excellent automation solution for multiple applications including top-speed pick and place, cutting, coating, and machine tending.  This robot can be attached to the floor, ceiling, or at an angle.  The FANUC M-10iA comes equipped with a 2D vision cable integrated through the robot arm and is paired with the R-30iA controller and teach pendant.

With spider-like body that weighs only 17kg, the parallel-link M-1iA R30iA is a super-lightweight assembly Genkotsu robot that can fit into tight spots – shelves, machines, etc.

The M1iA is well-suited for many applications, including assembly, dispensing, pick and place, as well as a educational uses within a number of different contexts and industries. Automated robots of this size are especially useful for companies within pharmaceutical, plastics, electronics or packaging industries.

Sometimes referred to as the FANUC M1, this robot has both a 6-axis (M-1iA/0.5A) and 4-axis version (M-1iA/0.5S) available.  Both robots are capable of high speed handling with 0.02mm repeatability.  The 6-axis version is designed with a flexible 3-axis wrist. This nimble FANUC model offers remarkable precision and speed (3,000 degrees per second). For more straightforward tasks, the 4-axis M-1iA/0.5S model has a single wrist axis.

The M 1iA is run by the advanced FANUC R-30iA controller or the R-30iA Mate and easily accommodates vision and/or collision equipment.

The entire 200iC series is a super impressive, table-top size robot that is light weight, maintains a slim profile,  has high dexterity,  and produces faster sustained speeds with superior positioning accuracy. The 200iC mini series is driven by electric servos and is rated best-in-class wrist momentum and inertias for real world EOATs due to its light, efficient, accurate, and nimble package. Depending on the model, it can include 5 or 6 degrees of freedom, up to 5 kg payload at the wrist, and +/-0.02 or +/-0.03 repeatability.

The standard 200/iC R30iA can handle a 5kg payload. The robot’s tooling and integration is simplified by strategically located pneumatic and electrical connections and two dual-action solenoid valves.

The 200iC is designed for Light, Efficient, Accurate and Nimble (LEAN) performance. It offers exceptional versatility, can be mounted almost anywhere (floor, tabletop, angle, inverted or inside of machines), and it fits easily in tight, narrow areas.  Furthermore, with the same footprint and wrist-bolt pattern as the previous model, the FANUC 200iC is easily upgraded. It has an enclosed mechanical design that eliminates cables and hose snagging.

Some of the benefits of robots in this series include two, double-acting solenoid valves that are integrated into the forearm to simplify EOAT dressout; conveniently located pneumatic and electrical connections for EOAT at J4; the ability to flip over backwards to gain a larger work envelope; multiple mounting options; and an enclosed mechanical design to eliminate cable and hose snagging.  There are also additional features that are available as options such as intelligent functions (iRVision), IP67 ratings to help the robot withstand a harsh environment, and extended network I/O capabilities.
