We offer different types of Light-Duty, Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty Manipulator for heavy welding purposes. Stable construction with rack-bar drive and linear rail movements, this system provides a smooth operation resulting in excellent welding quality. The column and boom can synchronized with the welding turning rolls, welding positioner and other assistant welding equipment made by us. It is a versatile and cost-effective solution especially for single wire and twin SAW welding, but suits well also for MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes. Design as per your request.

Conventional rotator

The conventional rotator makes up a range of basic solutions for rotating and handling a wide variety of cylindrical work-pieces. They occupy little space and feature a manual diameter adjustment arrangement. Loading capacities range between 10 and 1000 tons.

Self-align rotator

The self-aligning rotator is ideal for handling unbalanced, thin-walled and/or heavy cylindrical work-pieces. The self-align rotator provide even weight distribution, constant rotation speeds, and adaptability to a wide range of work-piece diameters without the need for separate adjustment. Loading capacities range between 10 and 500 tons. As per the customer`s requests, we can design and manufacture non-standard turning rolls, such as trolley style turning rolls, inclining rolls, hydraulic lifting turning rolls and assembly turning rolls.

Double Axis Positioner

The Double axis positioner are designed for automated welding processes where positioning and tilting of extra-large and complicated work-pieces is needed.
The main advantage of our positioners is that work-pieces can always be set up to the best possible welding positions. As a result, welding productivity can be raised by as much as 70%.
